Voting Opens for SSI’s Stellar Service Awards

Security dealers and systems integrators once again will select the industry’s top service and support providers.

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. – Security Sales & Integration will once again recognize the security industry’s top performing products manufacturers, distributors and wholesale monitoring providers. Each year the Supplier Stellar Service Awards acknowledge those companies that deliver the highest levels of service and support to the installing dealer and integrator community.

The purpose of the Supplier Stellar Service Awards program is twofold, says SSI Editor-in-Chief and Associate Publisher Scott Goldfine.

“It’s a vehicle to both allow suppliers that go above and beyond to deliver premium support and service to be rightly recognized for those efforts, and to create a valuable feedback mechanism that facilitates security dealers and integrators communicating voice-of-the-customer opinions,” says Goldfine. “We were extremely pleased with how it turned out when we launched in 2015 and continue to be excited about this new program. I urge SSI‘s dealer/integrator audience to take advantage of the opportunity to participate.”

The Supplier Stellar Service Awards honor manufacturers, wholesale distributors and third-party central stations for outstanding customer support and service across a broad range of “stellar” support/service areas. Examples include: Customer Service/General Communication; Technical Support; Lead Generation; Sales/Marketing Assistance; Warranty Policies; Shipping Policies; Web sites; Training Programs; Trade Show Presence; Social Media Presence; Dealer Program/Incentives; Redundancy/Emergency Procedures; Certifications/Listings/Compliance; and more.
