Walters Wholesale Electric Co. held its 3rd annual product expo at its 150,000-square-foot distribution center in Brea, Calif., attracting 60 leading manufacturers and about 600 visitors.
In keeping with the expo’s Hawaiian theme, the April 18 event featured a Hawaiian dinner, a variety of refreshments and entertainment by dancers from A Touch of Polynesia. Attendees also had the opportunity to win numerous prizes during the evening through free drawings including several plasma TVs and surround sound systems.
Among the activities, representatives from the various low-voltage security and data communication product lines gave demonstrations on their latest products, and low-voltage fire and security seminars were also offered.
“I couldn’t be more proud of the way our team handled the record number of manufacturer partners as well as customers that flooded our Brea distribution center,” says Tom Baldwin, low-voltage division manager for Walters.
