Voting for Stellar Service Awards Extended to April 30

SSI launches Supplier Stellar Service Awards for security dealers/integrators to recognize industry’s top service and support providers.

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. – Security Sales & Integration has launched an important new program to recognize the security industry’s top performing products manufacturers, wholesale distributors and third-party central station monitoring providers. The Supplier Stellar Service Awards will salute those companies that deliver the highest levels of service and support to the installing dealer and integrator community.

“The purpose of launching the Suppler Stellar Service Awards is twofold,” says SSI Editor-in-Chief and Associate Publisher Scott Goldfine. “We wanted to establish a vehicle to both allow suppliers that go above and beyond to deliver premium support and service to be rightly recognized for those efforts, and to create a valuable feedback mechanism that facilitates security dealers and integrators communicating voice-of-the-customer opinions. We are extremely excited about this new program, and I urge SSI‘s dealer/integrator audience to take advantage of the opportunity to participate.”

The Supplier Stellar Service Awards will honor manufacturers, distributors and wholesale monitoring firms for outstanding customer support and service across a broad range of “stellar” support/service areas. Examples include: Customer Service/General Communication; Technical Support; Lead Generation; Sales/Marketing Assistance; Warranty Policies; Shipping Policies; Web sites; Training Programs; Trade Show Presence; Social Media Presence; Dealer Program/Incentives; Redundancy/Emergency Procedures; Certifications/Listings/Compliance; and more.

The winners, tabulated from SSI reader votes, will be featured in the publication’s May issue, as well as be recognized during a special presentation from the show floor during ESX 2015.
