OSLO, Norway—Zenitel and CHeKT have announced the integration of Zenitel’s line of IP speakers with CHeKT’s intelligent video monitoring platform.
The newly announced integration between the brands provides security companies with an easy way to integrate live interactive audio with live video into a mobile app and professional monitoring centers, according to the announcement.
The companies say CHeKT’s intelligent video monitoring platform provides real-time event alerting from any video surveillance system and delivers the event-based video to remote command centers and system users through a mobile app and command portal, enabling a wide array of time sensitive response options.
“We strongly believe in the value of high-quality audio in security solutions to mitigate security incidents, and we’re pleased that CHeKT is embracing it, as well,” says Kelly Lake, director of global strategic alliances, Zenitel Americas. “We welcome the CHeKT solution and its dealers to the Zenitel ecosystem of partners.”
The companies point out that by combining security systems, video surveillance, video AI and live interactive audio, the CHeKT products puts operators and users in control of any critical event. Both companies also boast that with the combination of Zenitel’s IP speakers and the CHeKT platform command centers and users can respond quickly to criminal activity.
