Top 10 Surveillance Videos of the Week: Shark Attack Outside of Alcatraz Caught on Camera

Shark attack, captured by video surveillance from a boat docked at Alcatraz, was the first time such a killing was observed in San Francisco Bay.

A puppy was even stolen from a family’s front porch, as the family is trying to use its video surveillance footage to catch the thieves and return the dog to the family.
