Three years ago, the Electronic Security Association (ESA) started its mentorship program to foster professional development in the industry. As part of the year-long program, mentors and mentees are paired together based on developmental goals and areas of interest indicated in the applications that are submitted (learn more about the program here).

In this edition of Security Speaking, SSI Editor-in-Chief Scott Goldfine speaks with mentor Greg Simmons of Las Vegas-based Eagle Security and his mentee, Chris Noble of Raleigh, N.C.-based Security Force.
