4-Channel IP-Based DVR Offers Triplex Operation

of Amityville, N.Y., introduces the IP-based DVR-4TL/160, the latest
Triplex Family DVR. The DVR-4TL/160 features four channels, MPEG-4 and
triplex operation that allows simultaneous recording, live viewing and
playback. According to the manufacturer, the product is an economical
version of its TN Series of DVRs.
Functionalities include EZ Record, which allows the user to set thenumber of days he or she wants to record; EZ Copy, which auto copieswhat the user is playing onto a CD/RW or USB flash drive; and EZ Set-Upfor quick installation. The single removable HDD enclosure supports upto a single 75GB drive.
