Altronix announces the Entrada2DMK network access FACP adapters. These adapters provide a supervised fire alarm interface, enabling network door controllers to release locking devices in a fire alarm condition while maintaining PoE to network door controllers and readers.
Altronix, based in Atlanta, says the Entrada2DMK kit includes one Entrada2DMR receiver and an Entrada2DMT transmitter. These PoE+ compliant adapters route PoE to network access controllers and are said to provide selectable 12VDC or 24VDC power for up to two strikes or mag locks.
Additional features include built-in overload protection and electronically filtered and regulated outputs, the company says.
