Addressable Fire System Has Voice Evac Expandable Up to 50W
The 602 line of fire alarm systems, manufactured by Gamewell of Northford, Conn., uses two-wire, single-pair metallic cable or fiber optics for easy installation.
Most of these systems contain a built-in 25W voice evacuation system. The 602 can be expanded up to 50W. The 602 line features the IF602VE with single or dual XP95 signaling line circuit (SLC) with a capacity of up to 126 addressable points.
Also included is the IF502SSVE, which has either a single or dual SmartScan SLC that supports up to 198 addressable points per circuit. Other built-in features include up to eight programmable speaker circuits with splitter; integral microphone; digital message and tone generators; and up to one-minute message capacity with full manual control.
