ASSA ABLOY Integrates Aperio Wireless Lock Technology With Monitor Dynamics’ iTRUST

NEW HAVEN, Conn. — ASSA ABLOY out of New Haven, Conn., announced at ASIS the integration of its Aperio wireless lock technology with the iTRUST 2.0 web-based access control system from Monitor Dynamics. Monitor Dynamics has led the development of the unified platform concept by developing a centralized ecosystem that ASSA ABLOY says goes far beyond standard integrated access control software.

iTRUST is a web-based access control system and its kit comes with everything needed to get your system up and running without servers, software license fees, maintenance charges or classroom training, according to the company. 

iTRUST gives end users the ability to manage their security from anywhere using a PC, tablet or mobile device.

Aperio is a global wireless platform that allows end users to expand their access control footprint. It uses wireless communication between the lock and an Aperio hub to provide real-time communication to the access control system.
