Channel Vision IP Flush Mount Camera
The 6524 IP flush mount camera by Channel Vision of Costa Mesa, Calif., has the ability to capture images up to 1,200 x 800 pixels.
With its vandal proof design, the camera features H.264 compression that allows for less bandwidth and storage space to be used, while delivering full resolution at max frame rate and faster speeds over the Internet, according to the company. Rotational camera angle adjustments can be made with the three-axis bracket, allowing customized coverage in multi-camera applications. By using the included central management system (CMS) software, property owners can monitor multiple locations from one central site.
The camera is also compatible with the IEEE 802.3af standard that allows it to be powered via a Cat5e or Cat6 cable over a power over Ethernet (PoE) network. This feature reduces overall installation time and costs, and allows this camera to be placed in a wider variety of locations.
