ComNet ComWorx Product Line
Danbury, Conn.-based ComNet Communication Networks introduces ComWorx, a high capacity managed Ethernet switch. The environmentally hardened product provides a high port density in a compact package, according to the company. It also provides Power over Ethernet (PoE) to peripheral devices such as IP cameras and video encoders.
The switch makes available 24 10/100TX ports and two 1,000Mbps combo ports that utilize interchangeable small form factor pluggable optic (SFP) devices as optical interfaces.
