Jackson, Miss.-based Global Security Systems (GSS) presents Alert FM™, an FM radio-based alert and messaging system that allows emergency managers to create and send emergency information before, during and after a crisis. This single- to multipoint system uses the Radio Broadcast Data System (RBDS) subcarrier to send geographically or organizationally targeted messages. Targeted messages can be sent multiple or specific areas or buildings.
