Microwave Sensors Feature Extended Battery Life, Speed Setup

Microwave Inc. launches its new MILPAC 316
relocatable microwave link and MILPAC 385 relocatable microwave
transceiver.
The sensors’ sensitivity and range controls are now
accessible on the rear of
the units in the weatherproof fitting, which simplifies setup and
enhances
portability, as adjustments can now be made externally. The sensors can
be used
at gates, portals or roadway crossings, or to establish a full
perimeter of
volumetric detection. The MILPAC 385 and MILPAC 316 have detection
ranges of
400 feet and 800 feet, respectively, and battery lives of 103 hours and
135
hours, respectively.
