Extreme CCTV Moondance PowerDome PTZ Camera
Extreme CCTV of Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, announces its Moondance PowerDome PTZ camera is being used for mobile rapid-deployment CCTV in emergency fire and rescue operations in the United Kingdom. The mobile systems, designed by Extreme CCTV partner Excelerate of Cardiff, Wales, incorporate a fully transportable satellite broadband virtual private network.
Live streaming video is provided on-site from the Moondance PowerDome camera, via the two-way communications system, which also relays information in the form of E-mail, video and voice telephony. The technology allows authorities to establish a robust communications link between the incident location and the headquarters or other coordinating agencies.
