LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. — OpenEye, a developer of cloud-centric software solutions for video management, business intelligence and loss prevention, announces its newest video management software (VMS), Command Station. It is compatible with the new OpenEye Web Services platform.
Command Station is a VMS that is said to eliminate port forwarding through NAT Traversal and video relay technologies, which allows end users to reduce networking complexity, particularly when systems span complex VPN infrastructures, according to OpenEye. Command Station also is said to allow end users to export video to the cloud through support for multiple monitors and multi-camera cloud export.
Command Station supports interactive and panoramic dewarping of 360° cameras, using both digital zoom and pan/tilt/zoom, providing an additional surveillance option for end users.
