Paxton Adds Video Surveillance to Cloud-Based Access Control Platform
Paxton integrated its BLU platform with Ivideon to offer centralized management, video verification of access events and increased system functionality.
GREENVILLE, S.C. — Paxton Access announces its Cloud-based access control solution, Paxton BLU, now integrates with Ivideon, a Cloud-based video surveillance company.
The integration between Paxton BLU and Ivideon offers centralized management, video verification of access events and increased system functionality, according to the company.
Users can log into a single platform to view and manage video events through a smartphone, tablet or PC with Internet connection, enabling them to respond quickly to incidents that may occur.
Paxton says dealers can expand their RMR customer base due to BLU being a Cloud-based system that doesn’t require a server or IT support.
BLU’s video surveillance integration feature allows users to assign cameras to doors for multiple sites, view past and current events and share videos or snapshots via email or text directly from the Paxton BLU portal.
