Powerful Enhancements Added to IP-Based Video Matrix Switch
On-Net Surveillance Systems Inc. (OnSSI) recently unveiled its new version of NetSwitcher, an IP-based virtual video matrix switch. NetSwitcher 1.5 offers improved integration with video content analytics systems, distributed event handling and enhanced presentation of video. A user-friendly interface requires minimal training; there is no need for the operator to remember special key functions, cameras codes or camera location.
Through integration with video content analytics, access control and other physical security systems, NetSwitcher 1.5 manages and logs all events corresponding to conditional rules for motion and nonmotion behaviors, enabling critical video to be pushed to screens for immediate action and response.
