Safe and Vault Seismic Detectors Use Digital Signal Processing
Bosch Security Systems Inc. of Fairport, N.Y., announces the launch of two safe and vault seismic detectors. The ISN-SM-50 and the ISN-SM-80 contain a patented SENSTEC® sensor and micro-controller-based signal processing system.
The products’ digital signal processing and filters improve catch performance while virtually eliminating false alarms, according to the company. Application-specific predefined settings allow the product to be used in most environments, including concrete, steel or synthetic materials. Accessories including a mounting plate, wall recess set, watertight housing and anti-drill foils.
