HID Global announces the release of HID Mobile Access, which the company says combines convenience with advanced security for access control and many other applications using smart devices.
Powered by Seos, HID Mobile Access supports NFC and Bluetooth Smart for interoperability with iPhone models 4S, 5, 5C, 5S, 6 and 6 Plus. It also operates on iPads, iPod touch, other iOS devices and Android-based smart devices.
According to Austin-Texas based HID Global, its patented “Twist and Go” gesture technology also enables users to open doors and gates from a distance, while adding another layer of authentication.
