TAKEX Photoelectric Beam Sensors

Back to the future with active IR quad beam detectors now updated to meet the outdoor security needs of your customers today. TAKEX’s TXF-125E battery-powered photoelectric beam sensor units provide wireless connectivity, a variety of alarm panels, are IP65 rated, have “bird protection” to eliminate feathery friend false alarms, are easy to install and, more importantly, align. They offer single or stacked configuration options with four frequency selections and provide choices of 82-, 165-, 245- and 330-foot range to cover most of the real estate choices I can pay taxes on these days. This design allows and recognizes the challenges of varying terrains, allowing for 90°+/- horizontal and 20°+/- vertical head adjustment with wide beam widths to help reduce unwanted false alarm activity. The products come standard with two battery power packs, but optional four battery packs are available if you want to really cut down on remote maintenance calls. Pound for pound and dollar for dollar, photoelectric/IR beams are a good solution for outdoor and temporary security perimeter protection. — Boucherle
