Single-Line, IP-Based Receiver Builds on Legacy C.S. Receiver
Tyco Fire & Security of Boca Raton, Fla., releases the System II single-line IP receiver. Building on DSC’s Sur-Gard monitoring station receiver, Tyco has developed a receiver designed for proprietary applications. Possible applications include campus settings, gated communities, condominiums and industrial concerns.
The System II product is programmable through a PC-based Systems II software console or manually through the use of the unit’s scroll buttons and LCD display. The system can be configured for standalone operation or in a 19-inch rack assembly. The product comes with The Reporter software for alarm signaling logging and is now available through worldwide distribution.
