Software Upgrade Enhances Existing Integrated Platform
System integration is one of the fastest up-and-coming sectors of the security industry to date. Compass Technologies of Exton, Pa., recently introduced a new suite of software for its SafeAxis, Compass 5E and Navigator product lines, all of which are designed for small- to midsize applications.
The SafeAxis is a PC-based system providing access control, photo ID badging and alarm monitoring in small- to midsize installations. The Compass 5E system provides these features in small- to mid-size applications as well. Compass Navigator is intended for large-scale security enterprise applications, including TCP/IP technology for even more network expandability.
