Speco Introduces Cloud Storage Platform, New IP Cameras
Speco has released its new Cloud storage platform as well as a handful of cameras to go along with it. It also announces a new integration with Synology.
AMITYVILLE, N.Y. — Speco Technologies announces the release of its Cloud-enabled cameras designed to record to its new Speco Cloud video storage platform. Also launching is the Speco Cloud channel partner program.
Speco says its Cloud is the ideal solution for both residential and business applications with its plug-and-play setup, convenient monitoring and competitive rates.
The Speco Cloud features highly secured channels encrypted with SSL/TLS end to end, recording schedules, a mobile app for live view and more benefits which can be viewed here.
Members of the Speco Cloud channel partner program receive custom branding throughout their customer’s web view and mobile app, an administrative portal and more which can be viewed here.
The newly released Cloud-enabled IP cameras include two dome cameras and two bullet models. Each camera includes a junction box. You can check out the specs for each one here.
Speco Cameras Integrate With Synology’s Surveillance Station
Speco also announces the integration of a number of IP camera models into Synology’s NAS systems.
The Synology Surveillance Station Device Pack 5.5 is now available with support for the following Speco camera models: O3FDP9, O3VFBM, O3VFDM, O3VLB3, O3VLD1, O4B2M, O4B7, O4D1, O4D2M, O4FB8M, O4FD5M, O8B2M, O8D2M.
Surveillance Station supports MJPEG and H.264 encoding on all models. Support for resolutions of up to 3840×2160, varifocal zoom, digital I/O and audio I/O are model dependent. Synology Device Pack 5.5 is only compatible with Surveillance Station 8.1.0 and above.
