STI Push, Turn-to-Reset Emergency Push Button

Safety Technology Int’l (STI) of Waterford, Mich., releases the Stopper Station push-to-activate and turn-to-reset button (SS-2401E).

The ADA-compliant, multipurpose push button covers a wide range of applications and incorporates a patented design to stop accidental activation, according to the company.

The product has an interchangeable or replaceable N.O. or N.C., SPST gold-plated contact blocks rated for 3 amps @ 600 VAC or 1 amp @ 250 VDC. Housing is molded of tough polycarbonate, has an “EMERGENCY POWER OFF” label and includes a stainless steel backplate. The polycarbonate is backed by a three-year guarantee against breakage in normal use.
