Visitor Management System Reads Data in Conventional Credentials
EasyLobby of Needham, Mass., announces the release of the latest version of its SVM (Secure Visitor Management) software. Version 9 represents a significant upgrade of EasyLobby’s former product, with new features and notable enhancements added. The upgrade allows the product to be networked with other visitor databases over a LAN or WAN.
The EasyLobby system is a secure visitor management and badging system that electronically reads visitors’ personal identification credentials, such as driver’s licenses, business cards and passports. The system captures relevant information in a Microsoft® SQL-server or Oracle® database. Included are the person’s name, arrival and departure time, photo, signature, and the reason for the visit.
