Voice Smoke Alarm Allows Parents to Record Warning for Children
The Vocal Smoke Alarm manufactured by SignalONE Safety and distributed by ADI of Melville, N.Y., is designed to enhance child safety in the home. The Vocal Smoke Alarm allows a member of the family to record a warning and a custom escape message to help wake up their children when smoke is detected.
The device detects smoke using the photoelectric principle and is powered by AA dry cell batteries. A directional speaker contained inside the smoke alarm unit aims the voice directly at the pillow of the child sleeping. Mounting hardware and batteries are included.
