WeSuite Launches Digital Site Drawing Tool
Site Survey from WeSuite allows users to create simple to highly detailed site surveys on their iPads, tablets or laptops.
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. —WeSuite, a software manufacturer of sales management tools for technology sales and service providers, announces the release of WeSuite Site Survey, a project documentation tool that ties in automatically with WeEstimate, the company’s estimating software.
The Site Survey module allows users to create simple to highly detailed site surveys on their iPads, tablets or laptops, according to the company.
Users represent a job site on the Site Survey canvas by uploading images of floorplans, maps, photos, or by sketching layouts and then drag-and-drop real parts and part packages into place.
Parts are displayed as photo images or icons on the canvas. These can be images of the user’s choice or selected from a of library of security icons included free within Site Survey.
The solution also includes out-of-the-box integration with the PSA Security Catalog and accounting platforms. Within each survey, users may include notes at the part- and project-level for use by sales, accounting and operations teams responsible for follow-up.
As each site survey is created, WeSuite’s software adds all specified parts to the corresponding project folder along with pricing. When the user is ready to generate an estimate or proposal, a bill of materials is automatically created based upon all parts indicated on the canvas.
The site drawing may be included within the proposal scope of work and serve as a useful supporting document for each sale, to share with customers and operations teams for reference during installation. The Site Survey module is an add-on module for users of WeSuite’s WeEstimate software.
