WeSuite Aims to Enhance Sales Management for Installing Security Contractors

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y – Tracy Larson is president and partner at WeSuite, a leading provider of sales management software from “contact to contract,” based here.

An electronic security industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, sales management has long been a specialty of Larson’s. She has served in such roles as vice president of facilities and real estate for Computer Associates and president at ITG Larson, where she was responsible for design and implementation of construction and security projects ranging from $50,000 to hundreds of millions of dollars.

As an executive manager for regional systems integrator Antar-Com, Larson held senior management roles including COO and vice president of key accounts. In 2004, Antar-Com was acquired by Diebold where she continued to work as vice president enterprise sales for several years. Larson says her cumulative experience provides a unique perspective and understanding to WeSuite’s installing security contractor clientele as they automate sales and operations to improve their business.

In the following discussion, she delves further into the company’s software offerings and value proposition.

What is your top offering and what makes it unique or special?
WeSuite is sales management software from contact to contract. Our latest full-product release is about to hit the airwaves. We are very excited as this release is major, full of enhancements that help sales teams operate at higher levels and receive immediate real-time feedback.

WeSuite introduced WeSuite Go! This brand new app makes it super-easy to enter new contacts and create and update leads on the fly. Our goal: increase productivity and squash excuses.

What other aspects of WeSuite’s software provide unique qualities to your customers?
WeSuite is an innovation company. We are continuously working on ways to utilize technology to enhance the selling process.  WeSuite Go!, QuoteAnywhere and our Site Survey module easily automate the lead-quote-sign process.

As an example, WeSuite Go! for iOS and Android devices, utilizes voice command to record notes, icon clicks for email, auto-dial and even site directions making it easy for sales people to stay up to date from wherever they may be.

WeEstimate is the most powerful estimating tool for integrators on the market today. It was designed by integrators for integrators. One of the workflow features in WeEstimate is Automated Approvals.  Approvals can be based on a variety of user rights and triggers across geographies. This flexibility enables selling teams to move forward more quickly and with the knowledge that they are on the right track. One of the results we’ve heard is an uptick in gross profit by salespeople who sell at higher margin in order to avoid an approval. A by-product of this behavior is often higher commissions.

What else is new or noteworthy about the company as the end of 2016 draws near?
2017 promises to be a really exciting year for WeSuite and our clients. Without disclosing too much yet, WeSuite will be releasing our new totally web-based, mobile all-in-one selling solution. We are taking the power of everything WeSuite to the next level, enhancing workflow and flexibility, delivering a totally connected solution for sales teams of all sizes.  It’s an absolute game changer.
