What a great year for all of us. We have a lot to be thankful for this year. The economy is humming along. We have new contracts and new customers. However, there is a hidden challenge for all small companies and that is high national employment.

If you have been treating your staff well over the recent lean years then you have nothing to fear. On the other hand, if you’ve been taking advantage of this era then you may have already lost quality staff to other and better employment opportunities.
