Napco’s New Video Doorbell Gives Integrators RMR Opportunity
The Napco iBridge video doorbell is IP-55 rated and features an HD 1080P 1.3MP camera, with IR-powered night vision and a 140º angle of view.
AMITYVILLE, N.Y. — Napco Security Technologies (Nasdaq: NSSC) reveals the all new iBridge video doorbell.
Napco says the video doorbell can be an easy add-on and RMR-generating convenience for any alarm account, using either the standalone video app, or integrated with iBridge connected suite smart app and optional new, iBridge Touch 7” touchscreen.
The iBridge video doorbell is IP-55 rated and features an HD 1080P 1.3MP camera, with IR-powered night vision and a 140º angle of view.
The device automatically captures and sends out live video to the account’s smartphone as a text message, via SMS/MMS anytime the three-zone aim-able PIR sensor detects movement in the door area, or, if the doorbell button is pressed.
The homeowner then has the option of viewing the embedded video on the spot, hanging up, or pressing to talk to the person they’re looking at live, via two-way audio.
The slimline IBV-DBELL Series doorbell includes 12-mos. time/date-stamped Cloud-based video storage, easily enrolls in the iBridge video ecosystem by scanning its QR code and is hardwired to existing AC doorbell wiring, according to the company.
The video doorbell is available today at all Napco distributors, and will be on display at ISC East in NYC at Napco booth 207.
