This movie is actually based on a true story about a group of teens that would ransack the unlocked homes of celebrities that were away on vacation.

First of all common sense should be used here — always lock your doors. It’s also hard to believe celebrities don’t have security systems. Then again, if they’re leaving their doors unlocked, they probably aren’t arming their systems.
