A SAMMYs Look Back, and Look Forward to Your 2019 Entry

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. — Security Sales & Integration has extended its call for entries for the 24th Annual SAMMY Awards.
Dealers and integrators now have until Jan. 30 to enter the program that for more than two decades has served as the benchmark for industry excellence in sales & marketing, business operations, and project design, management and installation.
Each year the SAMMYs serves as a shining example of businesses that are successfully driving brand awareness — and consumer decisions — by marketing proactively across a range of media and marketing collateral.
In this retrospective image gallery, you can check out a handful of previous winning entries from across the program’s range of categories. We hope you’ll be inspired to enter one or multiple categories. You might even spot some friends of yours in a few attendee shots from last year’s event.
A panel of judges will select the top nominees in each of 12 categories among installing security contractors that exemplify professionalism in their sales, marketing and installation efforts. The awards gala will be held April 9 on the eve of ISC West at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas.
Grand prizes will be given for Installer of the Year (Large and Small to Midsize Companies), Integrated Installation of the Year and Overall Integrated Marketing Program of the Year. A Community Service award is also bestowed upon a chosen company for its volunteerism and charitable endeavors.

Festive Evening Includes …
Each year the SAMMY Awards gala also features the SSI Industry Hall of Fame inductions and presenting of the Most Valuable Product (MVP) Awards. The early evening affair has become a focal point for leading security professionals to gather to honor and network with their colleagues. It’s a vital event, productive, a load of fun and free to attend with all industry professionals welcome.
