Michael R. Bernique has been appointed chairman of the board at Dallas-based RF Monolithics Inc. (RFM). Bernique has served on the company’s board since October 1997. He is president and CEO of TelOptical Inc., a network optimization and professional services company.
RFM has also named David M. Kirk as president and CEO. He also has been appointed to the board of directors. Kirk has served as vice president of marketing since June 1998.
