Bogen Showing New Speaker Unit at ISC West
First and foremost is the Bogen Nyquist NQ-S1810WBC VoIP wall baffle combo speaker unit. According to Hepler, “It adds visual messaging and a flasher to our existing VoIP talkback speaker. And it works seamlessly with the Nyquist IP-based intercom and paging platform solutions.”
Other products on display at the Bogen booth at ISC West will include the company’s drop-in ceiling speaker. “It’s the most versatile speaker that Bogen has,” Hepler explains. “It’s able to be connected in 8-ohm applications, 25V and 70V apps.”
Hepler also touches on Bogen being excited for its next software release: the Nyquist platform version 9.0/6.0. “It includes over 40 new features and enhancements,” he enthuses. Many of these focus on ease of use and ease of installation to support channel partners’ effectiveness.
