BELTSVILLE, Md.— Security contractor Alarm Security Group LLC (ASG Security) has added thousands to its monthly recurring revenue with four strategic acquisitions in Texas. The four deals gained $108,000 in new recurring revenue for Maryland-based ASG.
“These acquisitions are ideal for us in that they fold directly into our existing operating footprint and create further customer density in our key market areas,” says Joe Nuccio, CEO of ASG, of the transactions completed on Aug. 9.
The acquisitions include Transtate Security of Laredo, Brinkman Security of Horseshoe Bay and San Antonio’s Advance-Tech Security Inc.
