HOUSTON — Cooper Industries Ltd., a manufacturer of electrical products, has acquired Wheelock Inc., a provider of fire safety and emergency communication products.
Wheelock, based in Long Branch, N.J., and Cooper will combine their resources and be known as Cooper-Wheelock.
