Critical Path Inc. , a provider of business-to-business Internet messaging solutions, has formed a strategic relationship with Certicom, a provider of next-generation encryption technology. Under the terms of the agreement, Critical Path will integrate Certicom’s Security Socket Layer (SSL) technology into its Internet messaging solutions to create an advanced Internet messaging security system.
