Vehicle access control equipment maker Delta Scientific has begun manufacturing in an additional building near its corporate headquarters in Valencia, Calif. The expansion is a result of increased orders for its counter-terrorist, high security vehicle barricade systems since Sept. 11, 2001. Delta Scientific has supplied its barricade systems to more than 110 U.S. federal buildings, including courthouses and FBI locations.
