Electronic security provider Henry Bros. Electronics Inc. has purchased privately held CIS Security Systems Corp., an integrated electronic security installer with offices in Newington, Va., and Baltimore. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Henry Bros. has also acquired certain assets of Southwest Securityscan of Duncanville, Texas, a provider of surveillance and alarm systems.
