HSM Electronic Protection Services Inc. says it will offer a new line of Web-based management tools and services. The online application eAccountManager will provide customers with detailed, real-time information, including copies of invoices, status of installations, service repairs, purchasing activity and more. HSM says it will begin offering the service to its national accounts as an added value.
