Interactive Technologies Inc. (ITI), an Interlogix company located in North St. Paul, Minn., celebrated National Career Day on April 27 by hosting 95 students. The children, ranging in ages from 10 to 12 years old, learned firsthand how their parents’ work provides security and life-safety systems for consumers.
Led by employee guides, students took tours of ITI’s facilities, and received special gifts from presenters. The gifts included safety fingerprint kits that provide a detailed record of each child’s identity in case of an emergency. The students also received life lessons from Security Pro Director Michael Benedict. More than 40 ITI associates volunteered for the event.
