The 150,000-square-foot Sensormatic headquarters project in Boca Raton, Fla., has been bought by an Atlanta-based real estate and private equity firm. Officials from Songy Partner’s said that the building is now unoccupied. According to Songy, and Tyco officials, Sensormatic operations are now relocated with parent company Tyco Int’l’s own Boca Raton, Fla., headquarters.
