SAN DIEGO – Siemens Building Technologies Inc. (SBT) announced it would acquire VistaScape Security Systems Corp. of Atlanta.
VistaScape is a developer of automated video analytics technology designed to defend mission-critical infrastructure from a variety of threats. The firm’s solutions have been deployed at major airports throughout the United States, as well as government facilities and high-risk commercial sites.
SBT will gain access to VistaScape’s security intelligence platform along with securing access to R&D resources and global security systems integration experience.
