VIENNA, Va. — The 2007 CSAA (Central Station Alarm Association) Electronic Security Forum & Exposition program is taking place May 16-20, 2007 in Orlando, Fla.
Security Sales & Integration’s own editor-in-chief, Scott Goldfine, is set to moderate the “Winning Customer Education Programs” on Saturday, May 19 at 3:30 p.m. Goldfine will identify key elements of successful programs and panelists will describe how their programs were created and implemented. Panelists include Jim McMullen, president, COPS; Bob Ryan, vice president sales and marketing, ASG Security; Richard Hahn, president, Richard Hahn & Associates; and Mike Overby, vice president of subscriber services, Guardian Protection Services.
