Why He’s on the List
- With more than a half-century of experience, he is a nationally known alarm industry figure renowned for his professionalism, knowledge, leadership, integrity, perspectives and trade association involvement
- Began career in 1964 after purchasing 10 alarm systems from Ademco Founder Morris Coleman
- In 1969, founded DGA Security Systems in New York, growing it into a nationally recognized leading provider of security system services for high-risk locations with more UL central station certificates in force than any other firm
- In 1977, launched Affiliated Monitoring, a third-party central station that has become a state-of-the-art CSAA Five Diamond Certified business that serves 1,500+ alarm companies
- Active in alarm industry trade associations and UL committees for 40+ years, including the past 20 serving on the CSAA Board and 15+ years on the NetOne (formerly Security Network of America) Board
- Instrumental while vice president of ESA in development of the National Training School (NTS) and the state chapter program
