Why He’s on the List
- More than 27 years as a behind-the-scenes “secret weapon,” instrumental in helping the industry’s best-known leaders and largest installation and monitoring service providers grow
- His innovative ideas, managerial skills and IT knowhow markedly improved operations for top firms like SecurityLink, ASG Security, ADT, HSM, Stanley and Protection 1
- Credited for inventing the “Scorecard,” a reporting tool used by several of the largest companies as a real-time reconciliation of RMR
- His passion to compile and analyze data also revolutionized efficiencies across operations, including service and installation, account profitability, sales processes, and the customer experience
- Dedication to leverage technology to reduce false alarms included being president of the Partnership for Priority Video Alarm Response (PPVAR) from 2012-14
- Also active in CSAA, serving on several committees including the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP) program
