Chamberlain Group Licenses IP to Nortek Security & Control for Garage Door Controller Product
The agreement resolves a lawsuit filed by CGI earlier this year.
ELMHURST, Ill. — The Chamberlain Group, Inc. (CGI), a global provider of access control solutions, announced on Tuesday that it has reached an agreement with Nortek Security & Control (NSC) to license certain CGI intellectual property.
