One woman, who is actually a reporter for 7 News Denver, says the sales representative came to her home four times.

Another resident, who is a security professional, claims that the Vivint sales rep came to his home three times, even though the homeowner told him he was not interested in purchasing a security system.

A female resident says two different Vivint sales representatives approached her – once at her home and a second time while she was house sitting at another home in the area – at 9:30 p.m. Both homes had “no soliciting” signs.

All solicitors in Douglas County are required to get a permit through the sheriff’s office; however, authorities claim there is nothing on file for Vivint.

The Sheriff’s Office said they’ve gotten some calls, but so far, no one has filed a formal complaint.
