NBFAA, CSAA Craft New Electronic Security Expo
IRVING, Texas — The National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA) and Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) are partnering to own and produce the annual Electronic Security Expo (ESX).
The two associations say ESX will focus “on the product, technical and management training needs of installing and monitoring companies and the trends toward integration and Internet Protocol (IP) enabled security systems in the commercial, industrial, institutional and residential markets.”
The inaugural event will be held in the Nashville (Tenn.) Convention Center; seminars will run June 25-27, 2008, and exhibits, June 26-27. More than 150 exhibitors and upward of 3,500 attendees from across the country are expected at the debut event.
According to CSAA, the new event will take the place of its annual midyear meeting.
